Acrylic foam tapes differantiates from other tapes because of their inque pure acrylic composition. Polyurethane foam. Allows you to mask surfaces that require filling to prevent paint from entering the protected area. Main advantages:  Excellent adhesion.  Resistant to temperatures up to 80º C.  Leaves no adhesive residue when removed. Applications:  Automotive masking, usually for doors, gas cap, trunk and hood. Standard widths:13mm,17mm(other widths possible)

All our transfer self-adhesive tapes meet the requirements of European RoHS and REACH standards. Transfer self-adhesive tapes are available without a carrier or with a textile carrier. We make one-sided self-adhesive tapes in the form of bows, perforated rolls, completely stamped parts or - for easier use - continuously stamped (Kiss-Cut) items. We make double-sided self-adhesive tapes from sponge foam type PU/PE/PVC/EPDM/NBR/EVA in the desired length, width, thickness.

We process polyurethane foams in blocks and in rolls. The main purposes of these raw materials are mainly the protection of sensitive goods during transport, air and water filtration, production of various self-adhesive and non-adhesive foam tapes. They are available in self-extinguishing and standard versions. We produce cut and stamped items from this raw material. Due to the open cell structure, Polyurethane foams are suitable for separating and attenuating sound and vibration. They are also suitable as permanently elastic buffers or as sealing tapes. In addition, they are resistant to many chemicals/solvents and high temperatures. For dust sealing, thermal insulation, sound insulation, shock absorption, vibration separation, upholstery and transport protection.

Bar profile in white tones or covered in foil with lips in black, grey and white, weather-resistant and anti-aging foam tape. Window bars in PVC U window quality, new goods. With RAL-tested TPE soft lip material. Acrylate foam tape quality, weather-resistant and anti-aging, permanently elastic, certified by ift-Rosenheim. Wood and one-colour decorative window bars covered in weather-resistant and anti-aging Renolit MBAS or Cova foil. Window bars can be used with and without spacers (Georgian bars) in insulating glass.

Flat Strips for covering the joint between the window frame and wall, for use in drywall construction, interior fittings for wall connection. With adhesive tape cover on the interior for adhesive tape. Acrylate foam tape grade, 1 mm thickness, weather and ageing-resistant, permanently elastic. Coated with Renolit MBAS on request.

Trim strips for covering joints between the window frame and wall. With connecting lug extending on to the wall and adhesive tape cover. Cover strip DK60 with two adhesive tapes and adhesive tape cover on both sides, as a visible profile providing a central joint cover. Acrylate foam tape grade, 1 mm thickness, weather and ageing-resistant, permanently elastic. Can also be supplied coated with Renolit MBAS wood and single-colour decorative finish.

Flat Strips with lip for covering the joint between the window frame and wall, for use in drywall construction, interior fittings for connection to the wall. With soft lip extending on to the wall and adhesive tape cover for the adhesive tape. Acrylate foam tape grade, 1 mm thickness, weather and ageing-resistant, permanently elastic. Self-adhesive PVC rigid profiles for quick and clean finish to window installations, covering the joint between the window frame and wall, and also as wall connection profiles for interior fittings. Profiles in PVC U window grade, new materials. Suitable for interior and exterior bonding. Acrylate foam tape grades; weather and ageing-resistant, permanently elastic.
