Polyurethane foam. Allows you to mask surfaces that require filling to prevent paint from entering the protected area. Main advantages:  Excellent adhesion.  Resistant to temperatures up to 80º C.  Leaves no adhesive residue when removed. Applications:  Automotive masking, usually for doors, gas cap, trunk and hood. Standard widths:13mm,17mm(other widths possible)

To improve the insulation performance even further in addition to the spacers made Spidertechnology, it is possible to apply an optional multi-chamber seal made of EPDM as a central gasket. Technical drawing window system – Triton Planea is thermally enhanced with standard dividers and additional elements. Available in white, one-or-both-side covered, with film in colours with optional wood structure or design.

Double sided tape designed for foams lamination. Solvent acrylic adhesive with brown glassine paper liner and PET backing of 60 microns. F.E.B.A. model F400 single knife automatic log slitter suitable for slitting adhesive & non adhesive tapes, kaptons, dense foams, PPL, PE, textiles, non wovens, TNT and similar materials with an outside diameter of 400mm. Standard features like sonar & laser technology allow for a fully automatic slitting cycle drastically reducing log changeover time. Proportional penetration speeds coupled with an automatic blade 'AXIS' angle offer the highest quality cut available. The model F400 can be equipped with a variety of optionals designed to enhance productivty and limiting operator fatigue.
