A flexible and cost-effective way of connecting tubes to each other reliably and stably. RK Rose+Krieger developed the precision-cast stainless steel tube connectors specially for heavy loads and impact-resistance. The high-strength tube connectors are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and are engineered for dynamic loads. An electrochemical passivation – the tube connectors are electropolished in a final working step – makes them more resilient and resistant to acids than elements made of untreated stainless steel. As a result they are particularly resistant to cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents or hot water from high-pressure cleaners, and ideally suitable for use in packaging machines or for feeding technology in plants in the chemicals industry. Stainless steel clamp connectors are tough. Stainless steel clamps are particularly important for users working in the fields of chemical and food technology.

The Lutz-Jesco dry material feeders are precise and reliable devices for volumetric conveying of pourable substances. These devices consist of self-supporting welded constructions made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which ensures their robustness and durability. Available in various conveying capacities, the dry material feeders offer flexible adaptation to different requirements and areas of application. They are equipped with hollow screws (screw spindles), which ensure even and continuous material transport. Thanks to this technology, they can feed a wide range of bulk materials, including fine dust particles, pellets, flakes and short fibres. These displacement sensors are potentiometric displacement sensors used for direct measurement, testing and monitoring of mechanical displacements. The spring-loaded control rod eliminates the need of coupling with the measurement object. A prerequisite for a very long life duration of the devices is a parallel alignment of the motion direction of the measurement object and the rod. Displacement sensors models 8710 and 8711 with resistance tracks made of conductive plastic material are designed for a direct and accurate measuring of mechanical displacements. A special ball joint coupling is mountable on both ends of the driving rod. Because of this the sensor may be used free of clearance or lateral forces also with angular or parallel misalignment between sensor and measuring device. A special multi-fingered slider provides a good electrical contact also at high adjustment speeds or vibrations. Reverse Osmosis filtration removes up to 99.5% of dissolved salts and virtually all colloidal and suspended matter from the most challenging waste and feed water applications. This technology is typically used for industrial, metalworking, and surface treatment applications as a final process after ultrafiltration or chemical treatment of incoming water, process water, or industrial wastewater. PRAB offers Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems for incoming water, process water and industrial wastewater treatment ranging in capacity from 1 gpm (1440 gpd) to 200 gpm (288,000 gpd). Corrugated tubes are used to protect cable wires and cable harnesses. The powerLine technology machines are specifically geared towards creep-feed grinding applications. Their mono-base design allows grinding widths (Z-axis) of up to 700 mm with a maximum spindle power of 105 kW. The compact, steel base designed powerLine model is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. All three axes (X, Y, Z) are driven by servo motors via ball screws (KGT). The standard version of the multiLine comes with high-precision linear scales for positioning of the vertical axis.
