Labeler for Tubes - Model Series TEM - Fully Automatic All-Around Labeling of Tubes - TEM

Due to lower storage costs and greater flexibility, more and more manufacturers are opting for the processing of unprinted tubes and labeling them directly before filling with a label. The labeler from the TEM model series has been developed for this purpose and is capable of applying a label to the empty, unsealed tubes around their circumference. For this, the products are transported to the labeling station via a timed transport system, where they are aligned and stabilized using a format-specific mandrel. The model can optionally be expanded with infeed and outfeed magazines and/or steep conveyors in the tube filler. As a double-stroke variant, the throughput can be doubled.
