We offer protective cardboard corners of our own production for the needs of our clients. These products are produced by skilled workers on the modern high-tech equipment, by gluing cardboard tapes and their subsequent forming and pressing. Production process and raw materials used in the process, do not harm the environment. Cardboard corners are used to protect transport packets from spilling, strengthening the internal structures of cardboard boxes, protection of corners and fixing on pallet boxes, roll and sheet materials etc. By customer request cardboard corner can be constructed to specific individual characteristics: can be applied printing to the surface of information about the customer, its logo, and environmental manipulation signs, etc.; surface can be carried out in any color; edge protectors with double sided tape on the inside or outside. This will make it easier to put your protection on the edges of your pallets or on the inside of your boxes;

The furniture factory “Evrica” is proud of its rich catalogue consisting of classical samples which are of excellent quality. It has standard measures 840/920/360 and is produced from beech, cherry, oak or lime tree. At first sight it may seem that this wooden cabinet model has a traditional construction a rectangular board with smooth edges, a base where the drawers are situated and wooden wings. The whole construction is based on four stylised legs. The furniture factory ‘Eureka’s designers, however provoke our customers as they disguise a whole drawers as two ones. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. Not all MDF panel products are made equal, in fact there many varieties of MDF, each having its own specific purpose. Our White Moisture Resistant MDF board is specifically designed for use as a pre-finished board that can be used in areas that are prone to moisture or occasional wetting. This product features all the qualities of standard White Melamine faced board, easy to work with, easy to machine, clean cutting (when cut correctly) and the ability to take an edging. The obvious advantage is that it can be used in environments such as kitchens and bathrooms without the risk of swelling caused by the ingress of moisture. Our standard edging solution is to use a matching 2mm ABS bonded to the board with an EVA adhesive. Alternatively we can offer 1mm colour matched edging or a contrasting edging in either 1 or 2mm. Another option we can offer is the use of PUR adhesive to bond the edging to the board. PUR adhesive is far stronger that EVA adhesive and also provides resistance against heat and moisture. Using the PUR option is essential when using edged melamine faced boards in kitchen, and especially bathroom, environments.

Our Maple Furniture Board is produced on an 18mm MDF core which, in turn, offers far better qualities than its particle board counterparts. The MDF core provides a cleaner cut, is easier to edge and takes screws better, in our opinion, than the inferior chipboard (particle board) alternative. The Maple melamine face offers a good rendition of a true Maple board and is suitable for wide range of projects within the home, and commercial projects, alike. Over the years we have provided Maple Melamine board cut to size, and edged, for desk tops and table tops as well as kitchen and bedroom carcasses. Typically, Maple Furniture Board is supplied in standard sizes up to, an including 600mm. Our board is available up to 1220mm untrimmed and 1210mm trimmed. Due to the unreliable factory finished edge of melamine faced board we would always recommend avoiding 1220mm panel widths.

Pine Furniture Board is a non-structural, factory made, panel product which is constructed from narrow strips of Scandinavian Pine timber. The strips are planed along their edges and then edge glued together to form wider boards. The boards are then planed to a consistent size and then cut to their finished width and length before leaving the factory. Riga Composite Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid on one or both faces with a special material or such a material is used as a core to improve mechanical properties or visual appearance of plywood. Further mechanical processing, board and edge sanding and lacquering is available, also manufacturing of furniture elements. Riga Composite PPL PPL is 0,2 mm grey (RAL 7045), white (RAL 9016) or black (RAL 9017) slightly textured polypropylene overlay. PPL overlay is flexible, does not crack, resistant to UV and chemicals. Riga Composite PPL is applied in horse trailer walls, lining of trailer walls and ceiling, shop and warehouse fitting.
