Product Features: • Rugged, diecast aluminium alloy (tough yet easy to machine), electronic instrument enclosure. • Two piece "tongue and groove" construction with a replaceable one-piece silicone rubber gasket provides protection against access of dust and water. Gasket supplied loose inside the enclosure (not pre-installed). • Gasket has a temperature rating of -40C to +150C. • Ideal for repetitive opening and closing. • Four recessed stainless steel machine screws secure lid into tapped holes. • Easy to wall mount using "through box - blind hole" construction, outside of gasket protection. • Lid screws are self captivating (lid holes are threaded with the first installation of lid screws). Note: Except for 1590Z060, 1590Z061, 1590Z062 and 1590Z063. • Designed to meet IP68. • North American Mark of Safety - cUL and UL listed. Certified to Type 4, 4X, 6, P.

Access to blind holes is outside of gasket ring for superior protection. • Unpainted version is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. • Textured black version is coated with tough polyester powder for a lasting finish, even after machining. Finish is applied to the entire enclosure (inside and out). • Lid secured with either two, four or six (count varies with size) stainless steel, Philips head, counter sunk, machine screws - into factory tapped holes.

Product Features: • Watertight - heavy duty extruded enclosures designed to house P.C. boards or for equipment interfacing. • Sized for standard Eurocard's. • P.C. boards mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body. • Rugged body constructed from one piece, extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of .06" (1.5mm). • Extruded aluminium body includes a recessed area for labels or membrane keypad. • End panels are rugged - yet easy to machine - diecast aluminium with full perimeter self-adhesive gaskets. • Designed to meet IP65. • Choice of two versions - end panels without flange or with flange (for shelf or wall mounting).

Product Features: • Designed for harsh industrial environments or outdoor applications (security, outdoor wireless, controls, etc, etc). • Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards, panels or DIN rail mounted components. • Designed for wall mounting. Interior is secure as lid screws are behind the lid. Can be made more secure if wall mounted with security screws (tamper resistant screws). • Satin texture finish with smooth recessed surface on lid for a membrane keypad or label. • Standoffs moulded in the interior of the lid and enclosure - designed for #4 x 1/4" self tapping screws (Part number 1555TS100). • Choice of two materials: • General purpose ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 HB). Not recommended for outdoor use • Polycarbonate (material carries a UL flammability rating of UL94 5VA @ 3mm) - Recommended for outdoor use • Colour is a light grey (RAL 7035) to help keep heat absorption down.
