The stopper cylinders are developed to stop or block moving parts, e.g. in an assembly line. The large dimensioned piston rod also allows use as a stand-by stop device.

Rotary Slip-type Preset Pokayoke (Error-proofing) Torque Wrench A preset torque wrench that prevents 3 problems: under-tightening, over-tightening, and other human tightening errors. QSPCAMS and QSPCALS are rotary slip-type torque wrenches with wired limit switch. When set torque is reached, rotary slip occurs with simultaneous output of a contact signal from the limit switch. Signals from the limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls. The limit switch can be connected to a CNA-4mk3 count checker (sold separately) to easily create a tightening count management system. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is a general-purpose control device that automatically controls machinery, facilities and assembly lines by user defined programs. It also has a variety of communication functions for sequence, motion and process control.

It connects each of the polarities to the 12 V or 24 V power supply . This parallel assembly with the carrier line requires connecting 3 or 5 cables together. This mechanical and electrical protection , given the nominal voltages of 12 V or 24 V, does not require the use of waterproof connectors indoors (limit 400 V / 24 to 32 A). For reasons of space, it is possible to combine welding and heat-shrinkable sleeves.
