Precision Positioning Table LB is a highspeed movementenabled, long stroke positioning table that adopts a highly durable and hightensile timing belt containing steel cord incorporated into the feeding mechanism of the slide table, and uses a high torque 5phase stepper motor as the driving motor. The slide table and bed are made of lightweight highstrength aluminum alloy. Two sets of IKO Linear Way are incorporated into the linear motion rolling guide in parallel, realizing stable and high running performance. Precision Positioning Table LB is ideal as a positioning mechanism, for assemblers, conveying machines or pallet changers that work at high speed.

The IKO Linear Motor Table LT is a compact and highprecision positioning table made of aluminum alloy, with an optical linear encoder built in and an AC linear servomotor incorporated between moving table and bed. Three series (Compact Series LT···CE, Long Stroke Series LT···LD and High Thrust Series LT···H) are available and can be selected according to the application. The lightweight moving table and large thrust force of Linear Motor Table LT enables operation with high acceleration/deceleration and high response. Further, the advanced servo technology achieves high static stability and speed stability. Linear Motor Table LT is ideal for applications such as semiconductors and liquid crystal related equipment, measuring instruments, assemblers and conveying machines that require highspeed work.

The E-Fill SW Dropper monoblock is designed for enhanced versatility in packaging bottles ranging from 5 to 250 ml in various formats. This model stands out as it is tailored for filling, screwing, and labelling vials with a pipette cap, suitable for products like CBD oils and serums in the cosmetic sector. Equipped with an external vibrating bowl to automatically align the caps, the E-Fill SW Dropper uses a vibrating ramp to convey the caps into the machine. For added safety, a clamp guides the glass dropper into the container, preventing breakage.

The Gronemeyer serpentine conveyor has stood the test of time for transporting general cargo vertically. The open construction prevents dirt deposits. Common hinged belt chains and drive engines are used. The chain is optionally equipped with rubberised elements so that large gradient angles can be overcome. The drives are delivered as slip-on gears or with chain drive. The modular construction allows them to be re-used later for a new conveyor path. The first examples of which were built by CMC TEXPAN in the early 1990s.They are aimed at cleaning the material ow fed into the machine byremoving any possible contaminants, the density of which is higher than that of the processed wood chips, e.g. stones, sand, metals, rubber, coarser chipsetc.The principle of operation is based on densimetric separation chieved in a vibratory box. In addition to the vibration of the machine casing, the materialow is subjected to a strong, pulsating air ow, enhancing the separationeect and providing for further “dry leaning” of chips. Heavy contaminants (e.g. stones, glass, rubber and plastic) are removed from the material ow,discharged from the machine side and conveyed to further re-classication,while clean chips are discharged from the machine’s front end.

The METRO SG HES range of single-phase material loaders enable processors to automate a key area of the production process cost effectively, bringing significant benefits for process management. Plastic granulate is conveyed quickly and cleanly to a processing machine hopper, a drying bin or a day bin as needed. The material loader is equipped with its own control, so that it recognizes when material is needed and automatically starts conveying. To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation.
