Operators often tend to blow off finished workpieces into the machine. This quickly results in dirty working environments and poor air in the production hall. However, we avoid this by exhausting these fumes. Oils are trapped from the exhaust air and chips and coolants accumulate in the container.

MS80 - MANUAL GLUE GUN WITH GRANULAR HOT MELTS The MS 80 glue gun works with granular hot melts without compressed air. Simply connect them to the socket – ready. Use the thermostatic controls to set the requested temperature between 20°C and 200°C and you always work with the optimum glue temperature. Pull the trigger to apply the melted granulate. The MS 80 has proven successful in practice over a long period of time.

The washbasin serves as a pre-cleaning unit, the MiJET then removes excess cleaning agents from the workpieces. Ideally, the washing station is useful for heavily oiled workpieces as well as for scratch-sensitive parts. The advantage for easy blowing off of the parts is that oil mist formation is prevented and thus the health of the operator is not endangered. In addition, the working environment remains free of oil.

WIWOX® MT micro blasters are used for precise blasting with blasting nozzles from 0.4 – 1.8 mm. Surfaces can be smoothed, matted, deburred or cleaned. All mineral media, e.g. glass beads, broken glass, corundum, silicon carbide in the grain size range from 0 to 300 mμ serve as blasting media. The abrasive is used only once. The blasted surface is reproducible. Only a compressed air connection is required to operate the equipment. Micro-Tip fine blast units are suitable as portable free blast units or in combination with a blast cabinet. Micro-Tip fine blasting technology is available as a pressure or injector process. All units are equipped with foot pedal, pressure regulator, manometer and carbide nozzles.
