AntiCut MAX5 this glove is created from a special composite yarn Brinix N5 with steel, polyethylene, polyamide and other ressistant fibres. Retaining fine glove features (feeling in fingers) this glove reaches outstanding values of both abrasion and cut resistence according to EN 388. This glove cannot be practically compared with the Aramid one a similar glove would be produced very hardly. The gloves do not contain any glass fibres, which break to pieces during work! These gloves are particularly suitable for assembly work, handling sheet metal, handling construction materials, etc., where there is a risk of cuts, scratches, and abrasion. The TSD160/3 is a Monopolar tube designed for radioscopy installations or for applications where working cycle is extremely important. Indeed, the tube is mounted with two identical small size filaments adapted to the radiography or radioscopy of light alloys, composites or small steel thicknesses. One filament can be considered as a spare of the other one and due to the fact that sizes are identical, can replace a broken filament without the need of re-qualification of the technique or a change in the parameters. The TSD160/1 is a universal Monopolar tube for light alloys, composites or small steel thicknesses. This tube is a compromise between a very fine and a fine focus application and is generally selected by users whose applications are not requiring a very high dose output either because distances to detector are generally short or because materials are not thick or very dense. This tube is perfectly adapted to Radioscopy applications or low power generators (< 1,6 kW). The TSD160/0 is a universal Monopolar tube for light alloys, composites or small to medium steel thicknesses. Due to the combination of a large and a small focus into the same tube, the tube is ideal for all purposes applications where either power or definitions may be required. The large focus allows you to drive up to 3 kW power for applications where thicknesses are high or material is highly absorbent. The extremely small size of the small filament is designed for applications with magnifications or where definition is of first importance. HPM® 455 is a precipitation heat treatable martensitic Stainless Steel. The composition provides a good combination of corrosion resistance and heat treated strength favorable for fatigue applications. The material is well suited for demanding spring devices The alloy has reasonably good forming characteristics in the annealed temper considering that it has a hardness of RC30. A significant radius is useful when bending is necessary in a fabrication. Cold working prior to the precipitation hardening treatment can drive finish strength up to 270,000 PSI (0.2% offset yield strength). The alloy retains a good strength through 800°F (Approx. 70% of room temperature). Resistance to stress – corrosion cracking is optimized by heat treating at 950°F. The overall corrosion resistant to normal atmospheric is equal to SS 430 with no staining. The alloy can be welded by resistance and inert gas shielded techniques. It also is suitable for brazing using a flux when possible.
