It is designed to give water into the wheat during the tempering of the wheat. The semi-mechanically operating system is mounted on forced annealing machines or internal leak screw screw. The horizontally installed, compact container pump MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. The TOPAZ float valve stands for a high flow rate (FastFill) and enables filling capacities of up to 200 l/min due to its diaphragm operating principle. The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised.
