The BJ-ONE is a disposable artificial cloth for mopping. It can be used with a Velcro mop such as our "Deluxe" or "Mediko" mops using a normal alu handle, or to clean and disinfect using our "ZAPA" water feed handle. The material is a technical breakthrough, being unusually hard wearing and absorbent due to its elasticity, with the result that it can absorb and also retain water easily. Moreover, BJ-ONE is tear proof thanks to its double texture. BJ-ONE disposable cloth is specifically designed for the medical and hospital sector, nursing homes, medical rooms, laboratories and any place where Hygiene is written with a capital H! Widths come as standard in 5.33mm, 5.0mm, 4,75mm with a minimum width of 2.50mm. The minimum order for our bobbin wound products is 20k depending on the grade ordered. All of our spiral wound gaskets can be supplied on plastic ribbon or pancake coils. Our inner ring production sizes come in 3.00mm, 4.00mm and 5.00mm thicknesses and widths of 6.50mm wide to 100mm wide. Our minimum orders for inner ring production is 50kg depending on the grade. Material can be supplied as coil or in lengths of a maximum 3 metre.

HT Bobbin dyeing machines are equipped with high technology that enables dyeing of any type of fiber made yarn in bobbin form. It is produced in different capacities (1 bobbin to 2000 bobbins) completely from AISI 316 quality Cr-Ni material. The maximum operating temperature is 140 ºC and the working pressure is designed as 4 Bar. The machines are equipped with high safety equipment (Mechanical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical). Fully automatic machines with PLC control system have 5 ºC / min heating, 3 ºC / min cooling capability and can do chemical and dye dosing with PLC program. It is possible to dye muff, tops and fiber or yarn in different forms with different apparatus applications on the same machines.

Round copper wire made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, soft annealed. Single wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.254 mm. Number of wires used for strands: between 2 and 16 (subject to single-wire diameter). Single wire or multi wire on special bobbins fit for use in braiding machines. The braids manufactured by these machines are used in cables and conductors geared towards electromagnetic shielding or protection against damage as well as serving as a reinforcement.

Unlike air coils, bobbin coils, as the name already suggests, have a ferromagnetic body or coil former made of different material. The advantage of solenoid bobbin coils: higher inductances can be generated. Whether complicated to manufacture or adapted to special requirements - thanks to in-house winding lines, KUK produces the right bobbin coil for you. The bobbin coils are partly manufactured on standard coil formers. However, we mainly wind onto customer-specific coil formers. We wind bobbin coils from enamelled copper wire or alternative conductor material and thus achieve optimum results in customer-specific applications. We will be happy to advise you on the optimum core material for your solenoid bobbin coil.
