It is characterized by its special adhesive properties and its water-resistant, sealing properties. Application Molub-Alloy Blanc is used in the food and beverage industry, especially in wet operations, in dusty environments and in conveyor lines, canning and bottle filling systems and labeling machines, where there is no contact between the lubricant and the food or beverage . Molub-Alloy Blanc can be used for long-term lubrication under high pressure loads, vibrations, shock loads, in highly loaded joints, plain and rolling bearings and pipe tracks.

Heavy Duty Grease Description Castrol Molub-Alloy 3136 has been developed for use in applications with high loads, adverse environmental influences and low movement speeds. It is successfully used in all known heavy industries such as steel, mining or construction. Castrol Molub-Alloy 3136 is a mineral oil-based lithium soap grease. It has a good sealing effect against contamination if mechanical seals are damaged or missing (sealing grease collar on the bearing). Castrol Molub-Alloy 3136 provides effective protection against corrosion and is resistant to aging. It is free of heavy metals such as antimony and lead. Light-colored solid lubricants offer excellent emergency running properties in the event of a lack of lubricant.

Calcium sulfonate greases are commonly used in automotive, agriculture, construction, mining, paper production, iron and steel mills and the food industry. Specific automotive applications include chassis, ball joints, universal joints and wheel bearings. Industrial applications include continuous casters, conveyors, ball mills, crushers, offshore and underwater applications. Calcium sulfonate greases are also used in motorized steam valves to control high pressure steam. These steam valves are typically found in nuclear power plants and thermal manufacturing stations. It is also known that the calcite particles found in calcium sulfonate greases make them a good choice for high temperature applications. Calcium sulfonate greases are generally beneficial in rust-inhibiting performance and oxidation stability is considered good or excellent. Rust inhibitors are surfactants that neutralize acids on the metal surface.
