In our plants and systems, we use database systems that perform several tasks simultaneously. Modern databases, such as MS SQL or Oracle, offer flexible interfaces which supply the plant with order data from the ERP system and enable the transmission of consumption data from the plant to the ERP system. HIGH SPEED CONCRETE TRAVELLING BUCKETS ELKON high speed concrete travelling bucket is designed to deliver the concrete in the fastest way to the application point in the precast production. While the speed of normal concrete travelling buckets is 0,5 m/s, the speed of high-speed concrete travelling bucket is 2,5 m/s.

We are able to produce various shades of high-quality decorative polyester top coats in small and very small batches using a paste system – resulting in a very competitive pricing for our customers.

IFA Technology has an extensive portfolio of gravimetric and volumetric mixing and dosing systems. Our systems meet all country- and customer-specific requirements for explosion, emission and environmental protection as well as for material resistance and product compatibility. Furthermore, our mixing and dosing systems, especially in batch operation, offer a high degree of production reliability, which is guaranteed by minimisation of material contamination, reproducibility and detailed documentation.

The application range includes everything from processing of viscous components to paste-like products with poor flow. The range of food applications is exceptionally broad and there are also various applications for the pharmaceutical industry. The conical shape permits thorough residue-free discharge. The wet mixer system is a vertical mixing system for batch processes. The geometry of the conical or cylindrical mixing vessel, the arrangement and shape of the tools and their peripheral speed are adapted to each other in all sizes, resulting in effective mixing of all components. Depending on the process engineering tasks, the individual mixing tools are combined to form one tool both for material transport and for dispersion and disagglomeration processes. The installation height in the vessel is adjustable within a wide range. An adjustable deflector can be used to affect the product movement in a systematic fashion.

Until now, the perfume and flavouring industry had hardly any satisfactory solutions for the exact mixing of powdery substances, which often led to weighing errors, blocked valves and production downtimes. The FRICKE PD1 powder dosing system was specially developed to meet these challenges. With a 6 kg scale (1 mg resolution), it automates the dosing of 20 powder components, which are stored in sealed stainless steel containers (10 litres). Various dosing elements and stirrers enable lump-free and dust-free processing. The advantages include high accuracy, reproducibility and simple software integration into the batch management system.

The KLN BATCH-INLINE cleaning system is based on many years of experience with Inline Cleaning systems for the electronics production and unites, for the first time, the technological advantages of Inline cleaning with low space requirement of a Batch system. By far, most of the Inline cleaning systems in Germany for the large-scale production “Automotives” and “alternative energy” come from company KLN. This system was developed to make the efficient Inline cleaning technology available now also for customers with smaller budgets and throughputs.

Continuous blasting – Excellent, highly automated processing The selected blasting medium is directed towards your workpieces at high speed using blast wheels. This ensures high blasting performance and optimum use of energy. Using this technology in a continuous process offers several advantages over batch processing: — Continuous workpiece feeding — Easy to integrate into production processes — Simplified parts flow That is why our continuous belt blasting units are frequently used to replace conventional batch systems. With their easy workpiece handling and excellent blasting results, they are even used as replacements for suspended-line systems.

It is possible to reliably remove reject boards without aecting the cycles in the rejects area. Acceptable boards continue to be transported towards the cooling turner. The rejected board stack may optionally be equipped with batch and package forming systems. These are for optimising the cooling turner utilisation and are explained in greater detail in the chapter about the ‘Cooling section’. The rejected board stack is equipped with a variable length adjuster or board lifter for the batch and package forming options. Reject boards are removed by lifting the rst belt conveyor. The rejected board stack may be optionally equipped with a buer for forming the reject stacks or with an additional belt conveyor that transports the rejects to the board breaker.

ROTONDO Solder bumps brush module LPB- 1000 The solder bumps- brush devices have been developed to remove the solder bumps formed in the soldering process, economically and reproducibly from the bottom of the circuit board. The PCBs are transported by a carrier of goods through the module. This makes it possible to brush without width adjustment different PCB formats with the module. ROTONDO is available in different versions and options. We manufacture batch and in- line systems of different widths.

Using VOMM Turbo Kneader it is possible to prepare, automatically, any kind of dough for bakery and confectionary industries. The dough is produced in few minutes in a continuous way, ready for the next processing step, allowing a constant production overtime, avoiding the lossing period of the traditional batch system. Continuous VOMM Turbo Kneader is suitable for any dough with different rheological properties, according to the customer’s requirements. The particular design of the plant permits a simple and efficient cleaning procedure at the end of the production cycle, achieving the highest hygienic standard using hot or cold washing with water and water detergent (CIP system). The high speed and the mechanical action of the turbine, optimizes the cleaning action of detergents and anti-bacteria products. Pilot plant is available in VOMM R&D department in Rozzano.
