First class aluminum billet raw materials used in our extrusion lines consist of 6xxx series alloys. The extrusion process can be briefly defined as taking the shape of the mold and lengthening the profiles by passing large aluminum billets under high temperature and pressure through aluminum extrusion molds made of special steels at high temperature.

It is a new generation facade system that offers all the necessary expansions for projects with Covered (K), Semi-Covered (V) and Silicone (S) alternatives. Unlike conventional 50 mm wide facade systems, its 60 mm size gives the system the ability to pass larger openings and make more glass area. It offers the opportunity to be used in all projects designed for different purposes with its horizontal and vertical carrier profiles at different depths. The system, which includes insulators of different sizes to achieve high thermal values, is an ideal solution for vertical facades as well as inclined surfaces and roof applications. The system allows the use of glass up to 52 mm with profiles with wall thickness between 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm.

We can produce white or colored anodized products on the surface and painted products in any code with our paint shop.

A system that uses the basic principle of drainage channels and ventilation for the façade systems that is increased with profiles that facilitate the use of different solutions, both in verandas as well as skylights. Valley Rafter angles, hip and gable roof skylights, incoming angles etc. All types of solutions are possible resulting in gaining new spaces with great luminousity. With verandas, the system is complemented by site meeting profiles, thermally broken gutters and profiles that are coupled with or without thermal break that allow for whatever type of opening. An E.P.D.M. gasket system which is resistant to atmospheric agents and ensuring a total building weather tightness.

A new generation of façade consisting of a base system with an ample range of mullions and transoms that provides answers to the different style and construction needs for architectural projects. Its base profile range of 16 mm to 250 mm in mullions and 22.5 mm to 255.5 mm in transoms, and equally with the complementary accessories, are common to the new CORTIZO façades. The extensive profile range and their mechanical unions allows for all types of façades to be built (vertically, inclining, 90° corners, corners and polygonals) as well as resolving large and heavy modulations. This SG 52 façade is a traditional system, also known as the Stick system. The fixing of the glazing to the supporting profiles is carried out by using clips. This system requires an insert that is fitted in to the glazing chamber (U profile). The combination of the clip and the insert allows the glass to fastened on all four sides.

Aluminium profile for general structures. The round tube, also referred to as a profile tube forms a feed roller when used in combination with bearing flanges (10400).

The sprung guide tabs underneath universally match slots sized 8 and 10. Mounting Form A Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the spread pins on the upper housing part into the lower housing part and press down. The spread pins expand the clamps and locks the roller element in the slot. Mounting Form B Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the upper housing part on top and press down. Knocking or screwing the screws in locks and clamps the roller element in the slot.

These brackets are used to hang aluminium profiles for roller rails in a round profile. A mounting set is supplied.
