The generation of compressed air is always connected with the formation of condensate. In most cases, this condensate contains oil, is contaminated with dirt particles and spreads out in the entire compressed-air system. A system problem which can result in damage and additional costs. The BEKOMAT drains condensate in the compressed-air system in an electronically level-controlled manner. More than 3,000,000 installations worldwide make it the industrial standard for reliable and cost-effective condensate drainage.

The UNI lock mounting clamps can be installed in any position on machine tables, fixtures or workholding equipment (tooling plates, cubes, tombstones etc). The modular design enables the number of clamps and distance between them to be ideally adjusted to suit the clamping task. The clamps can be supplied with or without rotation lock. The high clamping forces are generated by the integrated spring package (the unit clamps when depressurised). Compressed air is applied to release the clamp. MS80 - MANUAL GLUE GUN WITH GRANULAR HOT MELTS The MS 80 glue gun works with granular hot melts without compressed air. Simply connect them to the socket – ready. Use the thermostatic controls to set the requested temperature between 20°C and 200°C and you always work with the optimum glue temperature. Pull the trigger to apply the melted granulate. The MS 80 has proven successful in practice over a long period of time.

Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). To manufacture self-supporting coils, we use self-bonding wire. During winding, the surface of the wire is bonded using hot air. To ensure the coil connections can be soldered, they are then stripped of insulating enamel using a fully automated milling process. PRUFREX is able to make air core coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 1.6 millimetres.
