Tapping screws: longitudinal slot, cross slot, cross-head-combination slot or 6-star (similar Torx). DIN 7981, 7982, 7983 or to the new ISO standards; special tip-styles, e.g. with with pressed washer. Combination screws with undetachably washers: According to DIN 6901. The modular VD valve series allows the valves to be universally installed in a chain or on Omega DIN EN 50022 mounting rails. The solenoid valves guarantee fast switching times and are available in 3/2 NC or NO. Threaded connection G 1/8.

The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

Housing washer, shaft washer and rolling elements, bearing steel. Cage, steel. Note Axial ball bearings accept high axial loads from one direction but may not be loaded radially. The bearings are separable. This means the bearing parts can be fitted independently of each other. The main dimensions of the axial ball bearing conform to ISO 104 and DIN 711. Dimensional and running tolerances correspond to tolerance class PN acc. to DIN 620. These tolerance classes are standard and are well suited for most applications.
