Continuous liquid flow management will be very useful for the precise transfer of your liquids from your filtration pallet or pasteurizer to the filling machine. Application Area The Flow-Pilot® regulator is capable of managing the levels of all types of liquids, whether food-related or not. Download the Flow-Pilot® 80 brochure Standard Equipment + more details Flow-Pilot® 80 - Automated buffer tank with 2 levels Complete equipment including: - 80-liter sterilizable cylindrical stainless steel 304 tank equipped with 2 stainless steel butterfly valves with a diameter of 40, clear draw + total drainage, with a domed bottom, lid + handle + inlet for inert gas injection, stainless steel 304 frame mounted on wheels. - Stainless steel level probe = 2 measurement points with installation and connection to the pneumatic valve. - Pneumatic inlet valve for the tank controlled by the high and low levels of the tank. - Electro-pneumatic management box with functions: • On – Off (pump or heat source control) • Production or cleaning Option: Level regulation via frequency inverter with front potentiometer. Controlled pump powers: 1.5, 2.2, or 4 KW. Semi-automatic or automatic systems allowing continuous liquid management between, depending on the case, a filtration pallet or a pasteurizer and the filling machine.
