Fillmaster R18

The Fillmaster R18 from FH Maschinen und Braumanufaktur Werk II GmbH is a counter-pressure filler specifically designed for CO2-containing beverages. With a total of 18 stations, it offers an efficient filling solution. The outer six stations are designated for pre-cleaning the bottles with water, while the rear six stations are responsible for the actual filling. The middle six stations seal the bottles with crown caps (available in ø26mm or ø29mm). The RS18 features an automatic crown cap feeder. The filling process occurs under a CO2 counter-pressure of up to 3 bar, with a built-in vacuum pump automatically performing a pre-evacuation of the bottles. For better control, the bottles are illuminated with LED lamps.
