Fillmaster AP

The Fillmaster AP from FH Maschinen und Braumanufaktur Werk II GmbH is an automatic counter-pressure filler specifically designed for CO2-containing beverages. It consists of four stations: three filling heads and a corking machine with automatic crown cap feeding. Thanks to its modular design, it is easy to expand or disassemble. An integrated rotary table accommodates up to 60 bottles (depending on the type), which can be placed manually. The bottles are then directed onto a conveyor belt, individually captured by a star wheel, and positioned under the three filling heads. The Fillmaster AP can fill three bottles simultaneously and seal them with crown caps of size 26mm or 29mm. After the filling process, the bottles are rinsed on the outside and directed to a second rotary table, from which they can be manually removed.
