Today we are proud to announce about the establishment of a new field of our activities - ski equipment under Proleski trademark. We have our own facilities for metal-working production and mechanical engineering, which are equipped with the state-of-the-art design and manufacturing units and devices. Thanks to the possession of a wide range of technological equipment we perform a complete cycle of works at our production facilities: operations on plasma metal cutting, turning and milling, seam annealing for heat treatment of welds, annealing and hardening of metal, bending, welding, and many others. Our team consists of highly qualified professionals: both engineers and designers of our design department and mechanical men of our assembly squad have an extensive experience in this area. Available staff and production capacities allow us to carry out a large scope of works within the specified time period and to ensure high quality execution of all orders.

Today the plant is a leading manufacturer of hardware in Ukraine, specializing in the production of low-carbon and high-carbon wire. Products of "Dneprometiz" are used in mechanical engineering, construction, agriculture, during repair work, in the service sector and other areas of activity.The company's products are in demand both in Ukraine and in European countries. The geography of export supplies covers more than 25 countries. The company is constantly working on creating new solutions for end users and customers of products.In June 2021, Dneprometiz began production of 3D and 2D welded mesh for sectional fences. The raw material for the welded mesh is zinc and zinc-aluminum coated wire. Sectional fences need to be strong and durable as they have to withstand harsh weather and other environmental influences. To guarantee the resistance of fences to these factors for many years of operation, high precision in production and additional means of protection against corrosion of galvanized wire are needed. A galvanized wire pretreatment process has been introduced in the technological line for the application of polymer coatings. For this, a complex of the latest Western European equipment has been installed. Corrosion resistance of fence panels 3D and 2D is increased by 5 times.

JSC "YUTZ" was restructured into the system of independent enterprises, which today is one of the world's largest specialized enterprises for the production of pipes. LLC "NZEST" now has a modern and efficient equipment, made in Italy, which allows us to produce longitudinal welded pipes of high quality that meet international standards. The production line allows us to produce pipes of round, square and rectangular cross-section with a diameter from 16.0 to 76mm, with wall thickness from 0.8 to 3.5 mm. Pipe length on request may be varied in the range of 2000 to 12000 mm. Products of "NZEST" are demanded in the energy sector, automotive, engineering, construction and furniture industries.
