We offer welded construction solutions using gas metal arc, argon, MIG, TIG and Laser welding technology according to the requirements of our customers. Welding is the process of joining two or more materials with the effect of heat and/or pressure, with or without the use of additional materials. In addition to the joining process, the welding process is used in coating and filling processes. Today, there are many different welding methods. It is a type of process that is used extensively in the industry. Welded manufacturing is defined as a special process in international standards. For this reason, there are international standards in order to guarantee and level the quality level in welded manufacturing.

To meet the needs of our clients, we have introduced on-site machine assembly services in Gdańsk, North Poland. Through collaboration with our partner, Intema Sp. z o.o., we have established structures and expanded our contract production department. The outsourcing-based production solution allows for increased volume and cost reduction. We execute projects based on provided documentation and guidelines. With extensive experience in creating various types of machines, we offer not only manufacturing but also technical support and consultancy. Our machinery park includes lathes, milling machines, water jets, and welding stations. We also have a purchasing department, enabling us to obtain optimal prices for all components. The production hall is located in Gdańsk, ensuring easy access to the port, airport, and excellent highway connections. We fulfill various orders, including welding, painting, electrical assembly, and PLC controller programming.

Our company specializes in the production of welded metal constructions tailored to customer requirements. The materials we use include steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

Bending machines, which we have allows us precise working of tube with maximal outer diameter ф50 mm and thickness of the wall 3 mm. As well we can bend tubes and profiles with big radiuses and big length – 6 m. With our available equipment we produce welded constructions with length till 6 m and weight till 3 tones.
