In recent years, actively used in food in Europe and North America.The protein content reaches from 15 to 25 percent. In terms of the content of valuable substances, mushrooms are close to meat and dairy products and surpass almost all vegetable crops by this indicator. Ering mushrooms contain the entire complex of group B vitamins and ascorbic acid. Many other elements necessary for the human body are also present.A very important fact is that after heat treatment, ering mushrooms lose only 5% of the total amount of biologically active substa. We are producer and development contractor of natural magnesium mineral products. Magnesium chloride mineral ('bishofit', 'bischofite', salt) is the geological analogue of the Dead Sea salt, but in contrast to it 'bishofit' mineral has much more wide composition and stronger health-improving and prophylactic properties.
