Ering mushrooms are delicious, safe and healthy mushrooms. Mushrooms have an appearance of the porcini mushrooms (white forest mushrooms). In recent years, actively used in food in Europe and North America.The protein content reaches from 15 to 25 percent. In terms of the content of valuable substances, mushrooms are close to meat and dairy products and surpass almost all vegetable crops by this indicator. Ering mushrooms contain the entire complex of group B vitamins and ascorbic acid. Many other elements necessary for the human body are also present.A very important fact is that after heat treatment, ering mushrooms lose only 5% of the total amount of biologically active substa.
