Let me tell you some information about us and our production. We were opened in 2018 in Ukraine and are a fully owned daughter company of Swedish Manufacturer Gaston Components AB. We have a strong connection to Sweden and supply our materials from European suppliers. We work mainly with German, Danemark, Sweden, Norway and actually in Ukraine. Our primary focus is small to medium sized production batches in mainly aluminium, stainless steel , brass as well as different plastic materials. We assure you that quality is our priority. We can offer you anything from prototype and small batch production to larger production batches. Gaston Mechanics LCC is producing parts for machine-, medical- , car- and polygraphic industry. We can assure you that you will not be disappointed. The only thing we need is the drawing of the part you want we produce. We will negotiate it with our engineers and send you a commercial offer in short terms.

Hello, friends Our company was founded in 2015, and during that short span of time we have fully established the production process, and reached the volume of wood processing in 2000 m3 per month. Our production areas are 3000 m2, and the area of the plant is 5 hectares. The company is fully provided with the necessary equipment and highly qualified personnel. The advantages of our company are the following: • - All our products are made from environmentally friendly wood which grew up in the Carpathian Mountains; • - All manufacture takes place using modern equipment with a laser beam and computer technologies; • - Our products pass a phytosanitary treatment and drying in automatic chambers according to ISPM 15 standard, according to the ordered moisture.• - At our disposal there is our own vehicle fleet which ensures uninterrupted delivery of raw materials in full, in accordance with production requirements; • - The equipment we possess allows us to produce a full cycle of wood processing; • - The raw materials we need are purchased on the commodity exchanges which guarantees the quality of the raw materials with which we work; • - Each batch of our products is issued with a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin that guarantees the legality of the origin of our products. Our main product is wooden cable drums. We also supply timber Beech and spruce. We will be glad to work with you.
