Customer approved special processes such as coating, surface treatment, welding, heat treatment etc. are used and acceptance of ANSI, MIL, DIN standards are certificated to deliver finished parts and assemblies. Machining capabilities consist of CNC machines 3, 4 and 5 axes milling and turning applications. Machining experience on titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloys and engineering plastics such as PEEK, Teflon etc. ENGINEERING Medmakina as a company that experienced from ANSI, DIN, MIL standards to “MAKE TO BLUEPRINT” manufacturing. This includes process planning, CAD/CAM programming, fixture design & fabrication and First Article Inspection ( FAI ) phases. DESIGN Medmakina’s technical staff can provide a variety of services to support your product development and launch efforts. We as Erfa Aluminium have started our business life with the production of ingot aluminium in 1990 in İkitelli OSB/Istanbul. After our success in producing ingot aluminium we decided to produce billet aluminium and in 2009 we build a 9000 m² billet aluminium factory in a 50000m² open field. In this factory we produce 3500 tons of billet aluminium per month. In 2019 we continiue growing our business and added a new aluminium extrusion factory to our company as Erfa aluminium in Velimese OSB/Corlu. We as Erfa Aluminium produce molds for extrusion, painting with electrostatic powder paint, covering the wood and continues, mechanical process in our own factory. With the help of qualified personels, cnc cutting center and modern branches we guarantie our quality. Also for customer need make new molds with last technological equipments. Erfa Aluminium has over 6000 mold models and day by day with the customer needings adds more molds and more models to our catalog. EGS Socks was founded in 1998, as a manufacturer of socks with our own factory in İSTANBUL of Turkey. We have been supplying to many retail chain stores, wholesalers and importers throughout Europe. The manufacturing process has been done by fully electronic machinery and we are using latest technology. Our machine park consists of Single Cylinder (Computer) and Double Cylinder (Mechanic and computerized) socks manufacturing machines. The manufacturing capabilities vary from 84 to 200 needles with over 100 machines and we are capable of producing more than 8 000 000 pairs of socks annually, if needed we can send our machinery profile in separate and also we can send you some photos of some samples. The manufacturing process is done by fully electronic machinery. The manufacturing capabilities vary from 96 to 200 needles with the capacity of 600000 pairs socks per month. All design and pattern implementations are exercised in house. The department is constantly in a hard work searching for new materials and technology as well as paying attention on the development of the yarn which are in fashion for the functional and special socks.
