As a traditional German family business, our values are back in fashion nowadays: Our products, our customer service and we as a company are distinguished by quality, trustworthiness and reliability. All of our products are produced in Germany. Each stapler is assembled in-house by hand and checked by means of a stapling test before dispatch to ensure it is suitable for use. Prompt repair and delivery service: We all know how things sometimes stop working, which is why our technical department will repair every pair of pliers that we have ever produced. To enable our customers' operations to run as smoothly as possible, we usually take care of repairs right away. We handle our orders in the same way as our repairs: We generally dispatch orders on the same day – according to our internal statistics, this figure is above 90%. We are happy to receive special requests and start working on these straight away. Our motto is: It doesn't cost anything to ask – and a sound solution usually costs less than you might think.
