We will visit the famous Ruzaba market, and our guides will explain some couriosities of fresh foods in spain, the native vegetables, the uncommon meats as the rabbit meat, and the seafood, Paella is a proximity dish and all the ingredients of the traditional recipe are grown or got in Valencia In this market we will get the fresh ingredients to cook your first paella. Our paella workshop is suitable for groups, couples, friends, or also a single person. You can book a paella seafood paella experience, a vegetables paella or a traditional valencian paella experience. All of them are made with the traditional valencian paella recipe. Tis is a real hands on cooking paella class, and you will cook and learn to cook a paella. All of our paella experiences includes drinks, tapas, hamb , salads, deserts. and typical Spain and Valencia Drinks, as the "sangria", "cazalla" or "mistela". The paella experience last 3: 30 hours and the visitors ever get fun and learn.
