The company's core activity is pressure die casting of aluminum alloy products, complemented by pre-casting services such as product design consultation, tool design, manufacturing and post-casting processes like trimming, sanding, deburring, grinding, CNC machining, washing, product assembly, measurements, quality control, packaging, and delivery. In addition to casting, we are involved in the production of various metal and plastic products. We offer a variety of manufacturing services, including product design, manufacturing of tools for plastic injection molding, custom machinery, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal forming, various types of surface treatments, and packaging of final products. Due to our wide range of services, we can offer comprehensive solutions to customers with the production of components from different materials such as aluminum castings, plastic products, machined or milled metal parts, sheet metal parts, and assembly of all components into the final product. We offer a one-stop point for addressing customer’s needs: from the design, development, material selection, production, and finish (e.g., powder coating, flocking, galvanizing, polishing). We offer manufacturing of sheet metal, metals and metal components – from idea to final product. We are specialized in CNC punching, stamping and perforation; CNC bending, welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, in sheets, tubes, or other forms of metal elements; grinding, drilling, and various other finishing activities. At the customer's request, the product can also be powder-coated, flocked or polished using our own facilities for dry-powder coating and flocking paint shop. Our firm was founded in 1990; with work experience exceeding 30 years, mainly in the manufacturing of metal products such as electronics and heater housings, metal frame doors, furniture (wardrobe frames, beds, table bases, benches), lamp housings, and much more, we are a resourceful and reliable partner in a region. The company Mega-Metal d. o. o. is a family-owned business, which has been successfully developing and continuously growing since its establishment in 1994. From a welding plant with a small amount of employees, we have grown into a company with nearly 250 associates, with over 13.500 m2 production areas, distributed in preparation, assembly, welding, annealing, sandblasting, coating, mechanical treatment (milling, turning, carousel treatment) and control. All areas are also equipped with modern cranes for transporting products from start to finish of the production line. Mega-Metal offers all-in-one place. Since the beginning to today we have completed, mechanically treated, polished, pre-assembled several thousand electric motors with appurtenant components (rotating collector slip rings, flanges, refrigerators, axles, etc.), stator segments, tables and bases for machine tools with corresponding components (standers, cylinders, cross slides, etc.) and helped our clients develop several hundred prototypes. Our products range from simple 1 kg pieces to complex pieces with several hundred positions, with dimensions 3.500 x 3.500 x 20.000 mm and 30 t.
