SmartService LLC is a research and production enterprise which performs the moulding of glass fibre and carbon fibre products (preforms) for the production of composite parts. The manufacturer designs and manufactures seamless reinforcing preforms made of carbon and glass roving using an automated shuttle loom: —solid carbon fibre preforms with an orthogonal reinforcement pattern; —thin-walled reinforcing fillers for lightweigh T-D, hollow products; —seamless preforms in the shape of a pipe, I-beam, T-profile, half-coupling; —solid seamless preforms for geometrically complicated parts; —preforms for fastening nuts and bolts (ultrastrong and ultralight bolts and nuts for astronautics and aircraft construction). The manufacturer uses 3D weaving technology, yielding a solid woven 3D reinforced preform with a defined percentage of fibres in the reinforcement systems and with a defined volume fraction of fibre in the finished shape of the preform or approximate geometric shape of the future composite product, in a single manufacturing process. The products offered by SmartService address the high-tech challenges of the aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and construction industries. Using three-dimensional reinforced composite parts for construction industry, as well as for building of spacecrafts and aircrafts, prevents delamination of laminated structures under high-speed unsteady thermal loads.

BRYANSK PLANT OF DRAFT GEARS

Bryansk Plant of Draft Gears (BPDG) produces draft gears and railway components for freight cars, products made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics and polymers. The main activity of BPDG is the production and repair of PMKP-110 devices that are highly effective vibration dampers for protecting freight cars against longitudinal loads. Instead of a spring set, they use a retaining-returning device - a set of polymer elastic blocks, which increases the integrity and energy efficiency of the damper's performance characteristics. The plant produces the following: —spare parts for railway equipment and rolling stock; —sheet metal products with a thickness of 0.5 to 10 mm by laser cutting; —castings of non-ferrous metals and alloyed steel weighing from 5 to 180 kg; —bushings for oil and gas industry; —car seats and bumpers, buckets, boxes, racks and other products made of plastics and polymers (TPE, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polyethylene, etc.) weighing up to 6.5 kg. The company's quality management system complies with Russian state standards (GOST) and has been approved by IRIS, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO/TS 22163: 2017 certificates. The plant has been operating since 2008. BPDG offers wholesale supplies of metal and plastic accessories for the rairoad industry. The company has a department for maintenance and repair of T1, T2 and T3 class draft gears over their entire lifecycle.
