Thanks to the well-equipped CNC machining department we offer our castings rough and final machined. Our offered materials encompass bronze, aluminum bronzes, leaded bronzes, special bronze, brass, and custom alloys. At KIGEMA, we possess a dedicated laboratory facilitating mechanical property testing, such as hardness, elongation, and micrometer analysis. We conduct thorough penetration and ultrasonic tests and issue certificates of conformity compliant with EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B. Furthermore, our company maintains an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with high-quality and regularly calibrated instruments, including calipers, altimeters, depth calipers, inside micrometers, bore gauges, outside micrometers, and roughness testers.
