BRONZE FOUNDRY: KIGEMA specializes in centrifugal casting for the production of sleeves, rings, and bushings using a wide range of copper alloys in accordance with international and local foundry standards (such as DIN EN 1982:1998-12, PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, BS 1400) as well as special alloys. CNC MACHINING: Complete solutions for machining steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and technical plastics. We execute highly precise, medium- and small-series orders across a wide range of dimensions. We maintain quality assurance systems such as ISO 9001: 2009, ISO 18001-2004, and ISO 14001-2005. KIGEMA has a laboratory that allows for testing mechanical properties such as hardness, elongation, and micrometer measurements. KIGEMA also conducts penetrant and ultrasonic testing and issues certificates of conformity with standard EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B.
