We track and check the grapes carefully at every stage of wine production. The grape plants are cut by hand. Our terrain borders famous regions like Brunello or Quanti. Our company is very proud of our team. Our experienced oenologists develop a custom technological map for each wine brand. The grapes are harvested by hand in small 12 kg crates. This human-sized domain is a team of 11 highly competent workers taking care of 160 acres. As for Laurent and Jean-Michel, they are multi-functional…Being professional, dynamic and different is very important for us. Our main product is Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie, representing 136 acres. Our particularity is our ‘sur lie’ method. We are the only winery to use this method for all our production. We stir the lees at a secret date, according to the moon calendar, during 14 months and we bottle all all our wine in November. Our Muscadet is fed with antioxidant and its aromas are stable. Thus, our wine is better and for a longer time.
