We have started to produce aluminium profiles since 1998 in Gebze/Kocaeli and providing our services for more than 20 years with our 3 extrusion presses, mechanical treatment plant, anodizing plant and 2 electrostatic powder coating plants in a closed area of 10.000 m². With this experience and know-how, we export a significant part of our products, mainly Europe and Middle East. Our products are aluminum door and window profiles, facade systems, furniture profiles, handrail profiles, shower cabin profiles, curtain profiles, shutter profiles, standard profiles, various industrial profiles and special customer profiles.

Our firm founded an aluminium billet foundry in 1995, it has offered servise to the sector by casting special alloyed billets until 2005. In 2005 our firm started to produce special alloyed industrial profiles which it has difficulty production in turkey by establishing extrusion profile plant. Our firm produces industrial profiles that are suitable particularly for 2000-5000-6000-7000 series metal cutting require high resi̇stance and profiles intended for defence industry. Especi̇ally we are producing hard alloyed round bars, flat bars, square bars and pipes. We have 4 extrusion presses : 1 - 1100 mt - 2 - 1800 mt - 3 - 2000mt i̇ndi̇rect - 4 - 2750mt our montly producti̇on capacty i̇s about 1500 tonnes

The main activity is production of round and profile wire fortransformers and electrical motors. Production enamelled and profile industrial wire, round and profile wire for transformers and electro motors, annealing of copper products, isolation of profile and round wire and ropes. Elkakon vision is to remain competitive company on the market, trough commercial conditions and high quality products, defined by known standards. Our strategic goal was to be leader on Croatian market in distributing enamell wire and profilewire and expands business in neighboring countries and new markets.
