The Pedrotti Group has two companies, Pedrotti Normalizzati Italia Spa and Pedrotti Meccanica Spa. CODAFLEX ITALIA is specialised in manufacturing abrasive fibre discs, semiflexible discs, flap discs, wear-proof nylon discs, Superclean and cup wheels. CODAFLEX fibre back discs are manufactured with X type vulcanized fibre by using abrasive of FEPA granis and P selection. Semiflexible discs are manufactured with red fiber, to which a multiple layer af abrasive is attached, endowing the discs, in this way, with an outstanding grinding effectiveness and a long life in addition to a strong mechanical resistence. Flap discs consist of a plastic or a glassfibre backing pad on which flaps of high quality abrasive cloth are attached in order to meet with various needs.
