It manufactures standard elements for standard moulds and also moulds from drawings, in addition to standard and special mould bases. The milling, roughing down, finishing, drilling and grinding operations are without exception carried out on numerically-controlled (CNC) machines using CAD/CAM software. CODAFLEX ITALIA is specialised in manufacturing abrasive fibre discs, semiflexible discs, flap discs, wear-proof nylon discs, Superclean and cup wheels. CODAFLEX fibre back discs are manufactured with X type vulcanized fibre by using abrasive of FEPA granis and P selection. Semiflexible discs are manufactured with red fiber, to which a multiple layer af abrasive is attached, endowing the discs, in this way, with an outstanding grinding effectiveness and a long life in addition to a strong mechanical resistence. Flap discs consist of a plastic or a glassfibre backing pad on which flaps of high quality abrasive cloth are attached in order to meet with various needs.
