Among the design requirements, the spotlight needed to be extremely compact and have a limited number of components to facilitate low-cost production. Based on the design requirements, HENRY & CO. developed a low-voltage track lighting system with a directional light source measuring only 5 cm in height and 4 cm in diameter. The light source was implemented using a single COB LED, and the light beam was managed with the use of a conical reflector.
