During the summer season, our company exports apricots, grapes, cherries, peaches, nectarines and plums.

    Escarcom S.A. was founded and started its operations in 2009. Nevertheless, it enjoys a professional experience of more than forty years within the food processing industry, by heritage from its mother companies Saligar and Salicom which constantly have operated in the same industrial plants since 1968. The company operates in two different business sectors that are facilitated in separate production plants. The first is devoted to the snail business and the second is focusing to the processing of frozen fruits and vegetables. Our products catalogue is from our two production plants and includes the buttered snails (‘a la Bourguignonne’) in a variety of packaging, the snail meat in brine in cans and the snail shells. In addition there are the frozen (IQF) fruits with pitted cherries, peach and apricot cubes and apricot halves.

All our processing methods are always friendly to the environment.

    We are a small family business, which for many years we cultivate our own taste Koroneiki olive variety, of trees age from 10 to 100 years old. We have the ability to control all stages of production from the plowing and harvesting to processing and packaging.
