Escarcom S.A. was founded and started its operations in 2009. Nevertheless, it enjoys a professional experience of more than forty years within the food processing industry, by heritage from its mother companies Saligar and Salicom which constantly have operated in the same industrial plants since 1968. The first is devoted to the snail business and the second is focusing to the processing of frozen fruits and vegetables.
