Our Turnover has exceeded the 30 million Euro and we are processing more than 14.000 tons of olives yearly. We are located at Kalives, Chalkidiki, 50 km from Thessaloniki Airport, At every stage of production, the company applies Quality Control System “ISO 9001: 2000” and for food safety system ISO: 22000 (HACCP) We apply also the requirements of the BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Safety) systems and Kosher as well.     Grekko Fruta SA owns and operates one of the largest olive treatment and packaging facilities in Northern Greece, conveniently located on the crossroads of the main olive producing regions, such as Halkidiki, Livanates and Kavala. The factory on 50, 000 square meters is equipped with tanks for curing some 3000 tones of fresh olives, and the state-of-the-art packaging machinery for tins and jars. Currently, the company is in process of installing lines for packaging olives in pouches and plastic trays, turning the factory into a universal olive packing facility satisfying the highest standards of production.

On the market we sell only fresh, Kalamon table olives.The table olives Kalamon are without a doubt considered the supreme palatable olives. Their shape is oval and the natural size varies from tree to tree and year to year, depending on the rain and quantity of olives on each tree. The color varies from black to different hues of deep purple and brown. The fact that our farming method is strictly organic and that the trees are not artificially watered, contributes to the high quality of the olives. After the collection, the table olives are separated with a special machine and are categorized according to their size. Typically there are 5 sizes of table olives. In our family we sell to our customers only the biggest ones. will be convinced of the quality at the first test!
