Our company is located in ETOLOAKARNANIA and our table olives are sold as fresh as possible. On the market, we sell only fresh Kalamon table olives. The Kalamon table olives are undoubtedly considered the supreme palatable olives. Their shape is oval, and the natural size varies from tree to tree and year to year, depending on the rain and the quantity of olives on each tree. The color ranges from black to various shades of deep purple and brown. The fact that our farming method is strictly organic and that the trees are not artificially watered contributes to the high quality of the olives. After collection, the table olives are separated using a special machine and categorized according to their size. Typically, there are 5 sizes of table olives. In our family, we sell only the largest ones to our customers. You will be convinced of the quality at the first taste!
