  1. BEDIA MOTORENTECHNIK GMBH & CO. KG

    Germany

Although we remain a medium-sized business, our many years of focusing our skills on the fields of fill level and temperature detection under harsh ambient conditions has allowed BEDIA to become proficient in providing solutions that meet the high demands posed by our clients in their entirety. Since the company was founded, we have been "in touch with the medium" through the use of reliable and innovative technologies, having completely dispensed with mechanically moving parts that are often prone to failure. We are a recognised partner to numerous manufacturers of engines, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, buses, aggregates and compressors. Moreover, our capacitive fill level sensors have been authorised by ten classification societies for use in a wide variety of marine applications. We also offer a range of voltage transformers that stand out thanks to their compact design and low quiescent current consumption.

CERAMIC METAL COMPONENTS FOR USE IN HIGH-TECH APPLICATIONS. Vacuum-tight metal ceramic composite components – manufactured from the high-performance material aluminium oxide and a metallic join partner – are the core business of Alumina Systems GmbH. These components are used where switching of maximum energies is involved, e.g. in energy, laser, X-ray, plasma, medical and accelerator technology. A great advantage of technical ceramics is the high electrical insulation up to high temperatures. Fields of application are, for instance Sensors in ship engines (thin-wire bonding), precursor gas distributing rings with wafer coating (PE-ALD) or small engines for satellites. Here, ceramic composite components first allow the application to be realised. In addition to standard products like electrical feedthroughs, vacuum switching tubes or vacuum insulators, the demand for customer-specific high-end applications is constantly increasing. At Alumina Systems, mechanical/thermal stresses on a component are simulated here via the finite element method (FEM) even before the actual construction of the component, and the most suitable design for the application is thus selected – without having to produce a real component.

  5. VERSEIFT - NATURSEIFEN

    Germany

We have decided not to use any additives, even fragrances are only used very discreetly in order to ensure the best possible skin compatibility. Our soaps are made gently at low temperatures. In contrast to curd soaps, the glycerin produced during the reaction is not removed but stirred in. Glycerin is a by-product of the saponification reaction of sodium hydroxide with the corresponding oils. It ensures a gentler feeling when washing hands and sufficient care. If you want to learn more about natural soap, you can find more information under the tab "Worth knowing". Here we have compiled all the essential information about the ingredients and the different types of soap. There you can also learn about the saponification reaction and browse more content. We store our natural soaps for about 5-6 weeks after production. The soap needs this time to mature and harden. This time is important because otherwise the natural soap would be too soft and would be used up quickly. Our soaps are free of plastic and mineral oils and are lovingly packed in recycled material. Shipping is done with biodegradable packaging material. We pay a lot of attention to reusable materials and tools during production. If you also want to help with the switch to environmentally friendly alternatives, then take a look at the shop and discover your natural soap for yourself. The production takes place exclusively in small batches in careful manual work and only pure vegetable oils and fats are used!
