... state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and current know-how. In our production halls, we manufacture equipment on an area of approximately 13,000 m², with diameters of up to 8 m and a piece weight of 100 t. The maximum crane height is 23 m. Complete systems can be pre-assembled and factory-tested. This reduces assembly and commissioning times for you, saving time and costs. Materials · austenitic, fully austenitic, ferritic, and martensitic stainless steels (e.g., 1.4000, 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4529, 1.4539, etc.) · heat-resistant steels (e.g., 1.4828, 1.4878, etc.) ·...
...In addition to a variety of partially low-alloy tool steels (cold-work, hot-work, and high-speed steels), we have many RSH steels in our portfolio. Starting with low-alloy corrosion-resistant martensitic and soft martensitic alloys, through corrosion-resistant duplex alloys (lean, standard, and super duplex grades), to highly alloyed fully austenitic alloys based on Fe and Ni. These highly...

...Heat treatment at a high level Quenching (martensitic) is a hardening process followed by tempering at high temperatures. This results in a fine-grained structure with high strength and toughness. Steels with a carbon content of 0.22 – 0.60%C are used for this purpose. They are partially alloyed. For hardening, quenching steels are heated to about 820 – 900 °C and then quenched in oil. Tempering is done at temperatures of about 530 – 670 °C. Although this reduces hardness, it significantly increases strength.

...Our inline system allows for the etching of stainless steel components in a continuous strip (Reel-to-Reel). Your microcomponents are wound onto spools, enabling you to easily process your metal parts further. Typical examples of stainless steels etched by us: > 1.4028: martensitic steel (also known as 420) > 1.4310: austenitic steel (also known as 301) > 1.4404: austenitic steel (also known as 316L)...
... martensitic steels: this gives the material a permanent metallic appearance. Even in chemically aggressive substances. Other carefully alloyed elements, such as nickel, molybdenum and titanium, improve the corrosion resistance and – depending on the alloy – give the different types of steel the required technological properties: for instance good deep-drawing, bending or punching capabilities, or increased elasticity values. We roll steel in thicknesses from 0.05 to 1.50 mm with widths from 3 to 650 mm.
...We use the following steels for the production of precision cast parts: - Structural steel with varying carbon content - Low and medium alloyed steels - Tool steels - Corrosion-resistant austenitic steels - Corrosion-resistant martensitic steels - Fire-resistant steels - White cast iron The foundry specializes in the production of precision cast parts made from austenitic steels. Depending on customer requirements, we can manufacture precision cast parts from various steels according to ČSN and DIN standards.
