Foundry

The melting capacity of up to 2 t/h ensures high flexibility for individual customer requirements. After melting, each batch is checked for its composition through spectral analysis and specifically adjusted to meet existing standards or customer specifications. To cast the melted materials, our foundry has 14 horizontal and 4 vertical centrifugal casting machines available. On these machines, components with a diameter of 65 to 1,200 mm and a length of 1,380 to 4,500 mm can be cast using horizontal casting. In vertical casting, components with a diameter of 200 to 2,500 mm and a length of 450 to 2,000 mm can be produced.
