A strict quality assurance system and continuous external monitoring ensure constantly high product quality. AMROC wood cement particle boards are versatile building panels with a smooth, hard surface that meet fire protection, sound insulation and moisture protection requirements. They consist of coniferous wood chips and Portland cement, supplemented with mineralisation materials and water. The materials are mixed, sprinkled and compressed in a special process. After maturing and air conditioning processes, the panels are cut to meet customer requirements. The panels are free of formaldehyde and contain no pollutants. They are resistant to rodents, fungal infestation and termites and can be processed using carbide-tipped tools. They are used in a wide range of sectors: new construction, refurbishment of old buildings, industrial, commercial and agricultural construction, room cells and pre-fabricated housing. They are weather- and frost-resistant, rot-proof and resistant to animal faeces. Our wood cement particle boards are used in the following sectors: timber frame construction, module construction, container construction, claddings, floors and inner walls, partition walls, humidor linings, fire-protection and sound-insulation constructions, sports facilities (ball impact resistance)

Vacuum-tight metal ceramic composite components – manufactured from the high-performance material aluminium oxide and a metallic join partner – are the core business of Alumina Systems GmbH. A great advantage of technical ceramics is the high electrical insulation up to high temperatures. Here, ceramic composite components first allow the application to be realised. At Alumina Systems, mechanical/thermal stresses on a component are simulated here via the finite element method (FEM) even before the actual construction of the component, and the most suitable design for the application is thus selected – without having to produce a real component.
