As of 1st October 2018, the Mitsubishi Corporation founded five new subsidiaries under the name IVICT in order to operate its chemical products business worldwide. The new company took over all European operations on 1st January 2019 and is called IVICT Europe GmbH. The office is located in Düsseldorf and remains operational with no changes. With the founding of IVICT Europe GmbH, we want to have a stronger presence in this key region and boost further growth for our customers and shareholders. SFK PLY GMBH

We are the sales office for SFKplywood, Kazakh manufacturers of birch plywood. SFKplywood is the only manufacturer of birch plywood in Kazakhstan to hold a CE certificate and FSC Controlled Wood certification. Our panels comply with EN 636 standards. We work exclusively with birchwood from state-owned forests in Kazakhstan. We produce plywood in the standard sizes of 1250 x 2500 mm and 2500 x 1250 mm, in thicknesses from 6 to 30 mm. High-performance – the company's production capacity is in excess of 30, 000 m3 plywood per year. AMROC GMBH

AMROC Baustoffe GmbH was founded on 1 December 1997. With a production area of 16, 000 m², AMROC manufactures top-quality monolithic wood cement particle boards “Made in Germany”. A strict quality assurance system and continuous external monitoring ensure constantly high product quality. AMROC wood cement particle boards are versatile building panels with a smooth, hard surface that meet fire protection, sound insulation and moisture protection requirements. They consist of coniferous wood chips and Portland cement, supplemented with mineralisation materials and water. The materials are mixed, sprinkled and compressed in a special process. After maturing and air conditioning processes, the panels are cut to meet customer requirements. The panels are free of formaldehyde and contain no pollutants. They are resistant to rodents, fungal infestation and termites and can be processed using carbide-tipped tools. They are used in a wide range of sectors: new construction, refurbishment of old buildings, industrial, commercial and agricultural construction, room cells and pre-fabricated housing. They are weather- and frost-resistant, rot-proof and resistant to animal faeces. Our wood cement particle boards are used in the following sectors: timber frame construction, module construction, container construction, claddings, floors and inner walls, partition walls, humidor linings, fire-protection and sound-insulation constructions, sports facilities (ball impact resistance)
