The tools designed with CAD/CAM technology are manufactured in-house and form the basis for our flexibility and performance. Certification according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015 is a pre-requisite to fulfil the growing of ambitions of our customers. Parts made from technical ceramic are used in a wide range of industry sectors due to their excellent physical properties. Parts made from this material are distinguished by their electrical and mechanical properties under high temperatures whilst also withstanding high levels of wear and corrosion.

The INMATEC Technologies GmbH produces ceramic feedstock for ceramic injection moulding (CIM). This innovative shaping technique is used to produce complex 3D-geometric parts from ceramic. Ceramic feedstocks based on various ceramic powders, i.e. Al2O3 or ZrO2, are processed into high quality feedstocks. Standard feedstocks are available, customer specific feedstocks are developed to the special requirements of part or user. Moreover, INMATEC has gathered knowledge about the CIM-process for more than 12 years. Consultancy work can be done along the whole chain of ceramic injection moulding. INMATEC is founding member of the CIM-Experts-Circle of Germany.
