For over 35 years, VOGT GmbH has been developing and manufacturing technical ceramic components. Our extensive experience has proven beneficial for our customers. With our expertise, we engage early in the design phase of a new product. Therefore, we are not just suppliers but also competent partners in the development of functional solutions. Our focus is on engineering ceramics for high-tech applications and conducting value analyses. Modern shaping machines and sintering facilities with temperatures up to 1750°C enable the production of ceramic components with high precision and quality on a production area of 2,500 m². The tools designed using CAD/CAM technology are created in our own toolmaking department and form the basis for our flexibility and performance. Certification according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015 is a prerequisite to meet the growing demands of our customers. Components made from technical ceramics are used in a wide range of industries due to their excellent physical properties. In particular, the electrical and mechanical characteristics at high temperatures, combined with high wear and corrosion resistance, distinguish components made from these materials. They offer decisive advantages where other materials reach their limits. As parts of high-quality system groups, technical ceramic components often fulfill function-critical tasks.
