AURION Anlagentechnik GmbH – plasma technology = plasma systems + high frequency components. AURION Anlagentechnik GmbH was founded by three entrepreneurs towards the end of 1996. The idea which led to this was to produce efficient, low-cost and environmentally friendly components and complete systems for surface treatment. AURION develops and constructs components which supply power to plasma systems. This includes impedance adaptation networks with automatic tuning as well as filters, switches, phase shifters, power splitters, lines and connectors. Building on our expertise in component manufacturing, AURION also offers complete systems for plasma-enhanced surface treatment. Our strands and ropes for medical technology undergo stringent manufacturing and cleaning processes in accordance with medical standards. On principle, we only deliver to the medical technology sector non-twisting and low-strain strands and ropes with cleaned, high-gloss and smooth surface finishes. The majority of our products in this sector are supplied with extruded isolation made of biocompatible materials and, if necessary, (e.g. for heart electrodes) taking into consideration dielectric characteristics. To this end, we have a remarkably clean production area and special systems. Integrated measuring and testing equipment guarantee high quality standards and control the process. As standard, we offer wire products made of materials 1.4401, 1.4404 and 1.4441. Furthermore all other materials that are strandable and permitted for this application are available in coated and non-coated versions.
