As a service provider in the field of mechanical processing, we manufacture mould patterns that are customised for tool and punching plate manufacturing according to your 3D data. We are at an advantage in being able to process a variety of orders – from the smallest dimensions up to a size of 3000 m – at favourable prices. By choosing us, you'll have everything taken care of from a single source, from the material itself to its milling, grinding and deep-hole drilling. After the processing is complete, the plates undergo a strict quality control procedure in which they are measured on our designated machine, with the results subsequently recorded in writing. We employ almost 80 workers who manufacture as part of a three-shift operation to ensure rapid delivery times. The company was founded as a spring factory in 1974 by Heinrich Lauber. It produced technical springs for local industry and the first production building with modern facilities began operation. Soon, production was expanded. In 1989, an additional branch of the company was taken over by a local company. This branch processes and machines various raw materials. To carry out this work, a second production hall was built and put into operation. In 1999, Arno Lauber took over the running of the company. The company has developed well ever since. Since 2010, Zdenka Lauber has been running the company. With our well-equipped workshop and good-sized team of specialists, we can also carry out various mechanical processing tasks on commission.
