VOGT GmbH has been developing and manufacturing technical ceramic components for more than 35 years. Modern moulding machines and sintering systems with temperatures of up to 1750 °C make it possible for us to manufacture high-precision and high-quality ceramic components on a production area of 2500 m². The tools designed with CAD/CAM technology are manufactured in-house and form the basis for our flexibility and performance. Certification according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015 is a pre-requisite to fulfil the growing of ambitions of our customers. Parts made from technical ceramic are used in a wide range of industry sectors due to their excellent physical properties. Parts made from this material are distinguished by their electrical and mechanical properties under high temperatures whilst also withstanding high levels of wear and corrosion.

Sinus GmbH was founded in 2002 in Mönsheim, Swabia. In January 2012, Mr Bassem Bouhlel purchased Sinus GmbH. Since then, Mr Bouhlel has been the Managing Director of Sinus GmbH. In 2012, immediately after the business handover of Sinus GmbH, the company headquarters moved from Mönsheim to Kerpen. At the end of 2014, the company headquarters was relocated again – from Kerpen to Hamburg. That's when a storage area was also added to the office spaces, so that commissioning of orders could take place from a single source. Due to the growing goods turnover, the company headquarters was relocated in 2021 to the strategically optimised site in Bargteheide, where the storage area was expanded by more than 2000 m². We are thus able to provide our range in large volumes for our customers. Thanks to decades of experience in the area of filter technology, we are able to realise and supervise large-scale projects. In-house storage logistics allows us to respond flexibly and efficiently to customer requests. Our Shipping department is happy to undertake transport of their goods. We are motivated to process all requests and matters within 24 hours, and be by the customer's side all over the world as a partner in issues of filtration, end oilers, separators, motors and accessories. Plastic regranulates and plastic compounds from Rissland Kunststoffe – the high-performance manufacturer and expert in high-quality plastics. We sell our high-quality products mainly in Germany and Europe. In addition to thermoplastic regranulates, compounds are also produced in Katzhütte. The compounding process produces plastics with special properties through the addition of fibreglass, minerals and other additives and aggregates. Thanks to this flexibility, recycled plastics are becoming increasingly established on the market. Sensible processing of existing raw materials conserves scarce resources and protects the environment. With their consistent reuse of plastic, plastics recycling and plastics upcycling make an essential contribution to protecting the environment. The modern and future-oriented production facility in Katzhütte – with 50 employees, five extrusion systems, five mills and an agglomerator – is at your disposal. The company premises of 23, 000 m² and our six warehouse workers guarantee the smooth operation of incoming goods processes and outgoing goods processes.
